MailExpress Reveals Results of Customer Satisfaction Survey

MailExpress is pleased to announce the results of the company™s first annual customer survey, designed to identify key improvement and other value-creating opportunities. Following the inaugural customer survey, MailExpress plans to conduct similar customer surveys twice annually to capture direct customer feedback as part of an ongoing continuous improvement initiative.

With an exceptional response rate (almost 50%), the survey results provide strong evidence that the company is delivering on its promise of speed, reliability, visibility and affordability for small parcels and non-letter size mail.

    Survey highlights:
  • 100% of customers who responded reported they were either “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” with MailExpress™ service and would recommend the company to a colleague
  • 91% of respondents said that they would increase or expand their use of MailExpress if the opportunity arose
  • 100% responded that their use of MailExpress has positively impacted their business
  • 78% said MailExpress has reduced their mailing costs
  • 48% said that they improved their quality of service to their customers through use of MailExpress
  • 44% said that MailExpress gave them better reporting and tracking, while 35% said MailExpress made them more effective and/or efficient
  • 100% of respondents either "Agreed" or "Strongly Agreed" with the following statements:
    • MailExpress™ service is a good value
    • MailExpress™ service delivers what it promises
    • MailExpress™ service does what they need
    • MailExpress is easy to use
