Inventory Decrement
MailExpress verifies on a daily basis what was received, processed, shipped and distributed. We compare this to client files and generate reports showing any discrepancies. Clients can determine in advance how discrepancies should be handled, such as returning the mail or holding it in a secure area. This capability ensures accountability for 100% of the mailstream.

Destination Scanning
MailExpress is the only vendor that rescans every piece downstream for proof of receipt and processing. This unique feature prevents misrouted mail from entering the USPS mailstream and enables total tracking of each individual piece of mail.

Piece-Level Tracking™
This fully integrated tracking system links all data – from client-supplied identification numbers, to MailExpress tracking codes, to the USPS Delivery Confirmation.

Content Assurance
MailExpress is the only vendor to provide weight verification for mail upon collection and again before distribution to identify packages that may have been tampered with or damaged. MailExpress also can pull packages that are out of weight tolerances and may have been fulfilled incorrectly.

Address Verification
Addresses are verified against CASS certificated software. An 11-digit Postnet barcode is applied for faster processing through the USPS.

ZIP Code Correction
Pieces with incorrect zip codes are corrected with an indicia, and a zip code is manually added to the address block. MailExpress continually updates its database to enable zip code correction before the mail is shipped.

HighAlert™
Custom-designed security options fit your specifications and provide you with additional peace of mind. For instance, video imaging can be used to verify package condition and proof of receipt.
