With over 25 years of experience building and leading high-performing sales, marketing and client service teams, Ken Gersten is a sales veteran with a distinguished and consistent track record of delivering record-breaking revenues. As a key member of MailExpress’ management team, Ken oversees sales strategy and all revenue-generating activities for the company, including responsibility in ensuring the highest levels of client service. With an ability to translate a disciplined, structured sales methodology into strong, consistent revenue growth, he brings a proven record of success providing highly complex technical solutions and business-to-business services to Fortune 1000 companies. A dynamic leader, Ken brings a talent for energizing sales forces with his infectious energy and optimism. Prior to joining MailExpress, Ken served in a number of sales and marketing roles, delivering double-digit sales growth for business-to-business technology and services companies such as Rapid Solutions Group, ABB Process Automation, Global Document Solutions, DST Output, Output Technology Solutions and the Measurex Corporation. Most recently, he held a number of executive roles including: Executive Vice President at Global Document Solutions, a leading provider of integrated business communications and document processing service; Vice President of Sales for Rapid Solutions Group, an innovative digital print and fulfillment solutions provider where he was instrumental in growing annual revenues from $3M to over $60M in a seven-year period; and DST Output where he served in a number of executive roles and launched the sales effort for their Marketing Services Group and helped create the first commercially viable digital distributed print network in the US. Earlier in his career, Ken gained strong sales, marketing, and client service experience at technology services companies including ABB Process Automation, where he led international marketing organization for targeting multi-national chemical companies and Measurex, where he managed sales and client service teams responsible for selling and servicing control systems for oil and coal fired utility plants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. |
