With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Jim Bulger draws from a diverse background with high-growth companies to attract and train the top talent in the mailing, transportation and distribution industries. Through innovative training, management coaching, organizational design and employee development, Jim reinforces MailExpress’ commitment to building a world-class organization. He takes a lead role in advancing a company culture that is responsive, collaborative, fast-paced and solutions-oriented. His HR approach is strategically oriented to cultivate employees’ success both professionally and personally and to embrace MailExpress’ core values to initiate, motivate and appreciate. Prior to joining MailExpress, Jim served in a variety of positions for dynamic, award-winning industry leaders, including Vice President of Human Resources for Benchmark Brands, a catalog and e-commerce company; Vice President of Human Resources for E3 Corporation, a provider of demand chain software; Vice President of Employee Services with Vanstar Corporation technology services; Vice President of Human Resources with Coldwell Banker Real Estate; and Area Director of Administration and Area Store Supervisor for Toys “R” Us. Jim is an active member of numerous industry organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management. He has been a regular panelist and guest speaker on human resource and management topics for various community, professional and business organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University. |
