Andy S. Bodea leads Global Operations for Equifax, Inc., a $1.8 billion company that is a member of the S&P 500 with operations in 15 countries. Headquartered in Atlanta, Equifax leverages its unique data assets, technology leadership and advanced analytics to empower companies in making critical decisions with greater confidence. Andy supports all Equifax business lines, including Consumer Services, Business Services, Product Fulfillment, DBS Fulfillment, Data Operations, and International.

A business transformation expert and consistent leader of growth and profitability with over 20 years of extensive experience in Fortune 50 companies, he creates and executes bold strategies that drive change and growth in a variety of markets. He has a successful track record in leading the teams of people who ultimately deliver strategies. His list of impressive, tangible results include: growing a $1.8 billion global information services company to the next level; creating the strategy and leading the turnaround plan for a stagnant, multi billion division of a retailer; significantly improving top-line revenue for the leading computer manufacturer of Consumer products; serving as a leading architect for the development of the corporate strategy for one of the world’s largest companies; and growing a $100 million start up private company as a Board of Directors member.

Prior to joining Equifax, Andy held a number of executive-level positions at The Home Depot, Inc., for six years. Most recently, he was Vice President of Services Processes and Process Improvement where he led 2,300 associates and ran a $2 billion sales and fulfillment operation within that company’s Home Services division. Prior to joining Home Depot, he was a Corporate Officer at Gateway Inc., where he ran strategic initiatives and services. Before Gateway, he was a leading architect and implementer of the Six Sigma Initiative across GE and GE Capital. Before that, he also played key strategy, M&A, and marketing roles at GE Capital and McKinsey & Company. Andy holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Business Management from Harvard University, a M.A. in Applied Mathematics also from Harvard, and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
